Linn's most configurable DSM has now been improved further
Having first been introduced in 2018, Linn's Selekt-DSM: Classic Hub has recently been revisited by their engineers to create a new version with additional features and refinements being incorporated to bring you the latest version of their most configurable streaming product, ever.
The new Selekt DSM: Classic Hub enhances the overall quality of the Selekt DSM range while maintaining the same cartridge-based modularity and compatibility as its predecessor. The new Classic Hub has been carefully refined by Linn's product design team to ensure it looks and feels premium from every angle. With new features, improved metalwork, and a redesigned chassis, the Selekt DSM: Classic Hub is a modern classic.
Changes include:

Selekt DSM: Classic Hub now features a headphone amp with 1/4”jack socket for personal listening at home.

Outputs have been incorporated to provide connection for subwoofers, similar to those fitted on the Selekt-DSM: Edition Hub.

New, configurable smart "PIN" buttons machined from steel, complemented by a large-format display that spans the front fascia.

The feet are made of stainless-steel whilst the Linn logo is now UV-printed on the chassis for a sharper finish.

The chassis boasts a rigid construction with clean edges and chamfered transitions, resulting in an elegant and luxurious appearance.

Selekt DSM: Classic Hub is now available in a subtly textured Black or brand-new flat Silver finish.
Launched at the end of September, Basically Sound will be getting our hands on a new Selekt-DSM: Classic Hub very soon and will be pleased to demonstrate the sonic differences and new features to you as & when we do.
However, the new Selekt-DSM: Classic Hub does involve a corresponding price increase to £5650, but we are sure it will be worth every penny.
