FESTIVE GREETINGS FROM BASICALLY SOUND
Despite our promises this time last year, we can only apologise for the lack of any significant activity hereabouts over the course of 2024, let alone hosting any manufacturer focused events and our own About The Music evenings. Suffice to say, being rather busy & somewhat focused upon everything else that a business needs to run effectively is the only feeble excuse we can offer.
New Year's Resolution... must do better in 2025.
Thankfully there's been a regular flurry of activity from various manufacturers over the last 12 months. PMC launched their exciting new prophecy range earlier this month whilst also bringing Active options to their 2-way twenty5 & twenty5i ranges earlier in the year. Linn announced a new version of their excellent Selekt-DSM Classik Hub, whilst Rega finally brought out their superb Nd moving magnet cartridges. Naim haven't kept quiet either, announcing their new range of CI products including the CI-UNITI-102 streamer/amplifier - more on this soon.

However, with all these plans in mind and to allow us to take some well earned "R&R" ahead of the forthcoming year, Basically Sound will be closed from 13:00 on Tues 24 Dec. We will then re-open @ 09:30 on Thurs 02 Jan.
